FIRSTPoint is an invoicing software system typically used in a retail or service outlet, such as retails shops, or fast fit service center, but by no means limited to these. It will create your sales tickets (invoice) for your customers. You can send reminders for any service you provide.
FIRSTPoint will record the sales transactions of the items being purchased, services being provided, or a combination of both.
FIRSTPoint also has the option to record a job line and then to record the individual items (parts) you used for that particular job line.
It will also record any payments you receive. You can print a sales ticket using a thermal printer (80mm) or normal printer using A4 or Letter size. You can send statements from within FIRSTPoint and maintain a customers account. Send reminders via SMS, Email or Letter provided you have these additional accounts.
FIRSTPoint would be used in a business that produces an invoice (sales ticket), from a direct customer purchasing items within your premises. However FIRSTPoint is particularly suited to businesses where the customer stands in the reception area where typically the customer stands at a counter and pays.
FIRSTPoint comes with a item control system which starts by the user entering the item names and services they provide - these can be accompanied by a photo and description. These items can then be monitored to provide a history
